Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all stickers and hangtags remain attached to maintain eligibility.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
